BidToPrint LLC ("BidToPrint") is sensitive to the privacy concerns surrounding
the information we collect from you at BidToPrint.com (the "Web site").
BidToPrint is committed to respecting the privacy of individuals who access our
Web site and use our services. This Privacy Policy generally describes how we

Information We Collect
When you register as a Buyer and at other times, we will be collecting
personally-identifiable information from you (i.e., information that tells us
specifically who you are). The personal information we collect ranges from

facts about you such as your business title, your general printing needs, etc.
This information is needed to facilitate the bidding process between Buyers and
Sellers and, in many cases, to provide personalized or enhanced services. You do
not have to answer these questions, and - as on any site on the Internet - you
can decline this exchange of information at any time. However, if you should
choose to withhold the requested information, we will not be able to register
you and provide you with services dependent upon the collection of the
information.
Our web servers automatically collect Web site usage information from you every
time you visit the Web site. Examples of such information include the URL of the
web site you linked from to enter our Web site, the Internet Protocol address of
the computer you are using, and the browser version you are using to access our
site. Web site usage information informs us about how our visitors use and
navigate the Web site, including the number and frequency of visitors to each
web page, and the length of their stays. BidToPrint collects all of this
information and uses it to help improve the content and services made available
to you on the Web site and for other purposes.

cookies to store your username and password for the bulletin board and private
forum portions of our web site in order to allow you to enter your password less

We use part or all of the information we collect to provide you with the

transactions between Buyers and Sellers, to facilitate public forums conducted
on the Web site, to provide personalized services and content, to alert you to
new content or services, and to otherwise provide and improve the services and
content available on the Web site. We may also use or share your information
with others on an aggregated or anonymous basis.
We may disclose part or all of the information we collect with our affiliates
and other third parties to help us improve the Web site's content, to provide
you with services that you've requested or to our service providers to perform

as Web site-related transactions, problems or questions, as well as changes to
our Buyers' Registration Agreement, to our Privacy Policy, or to other policies
that affect you and your use of the Web site. This right does not allow us to
contact you for non-essential matters, such as the marketing or promotion of new
or existing services, if you have asked us not to do so.
Your Ability to Choose
BidToPrint respects and supports your prerogative to control your
personally-identifiable information to the fullest extent possible. To that end,
you have a number of opportunities to "opt in" to or "opt out" of our collection
and use of your personal information.
It is always your choice to register with and use BidToPrint and thereby share
personally identifiable information with us. We encourage you to carefully
